Pioneer Human Services (PHS), a $60m non-profit social enterprise founded in 1963 and currently employing nearly 1000 people, seeks a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We seek a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in significant management roles such as running a large non-profit agency, operating a for-profit business, or leading a division/department of substantial size. Experience in or exposure to social enterprise, behavioral health and/or corrections programs is preferred.
