Net Impact is an international nonprofit organization whose mission is to make a positive impact on society by growing and strengthening a community of leaders who use business to improve the world.

The organization offers a portfolio of programs to educate, equip, and inspire more than 10,000 members to make a tangible difference in their universities, organizations, and communities. Spanning six continents, Net Impact’s membership makes up one of the most influential networks of MBAs, graduate students, and professionals in existence today.

Net Impact members are current and emerging leaders in CSR, social entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, international development, and environmental sustainability who are actively improving the world.

In the Puget Sound…

The Net Impact Seattle Professional Chapter brings together area professionals who are in corporate social responsibility positions; would like to learn more about CSR; and/or are engaged in the CSR conversation, but would like tangible ways to translate the discussion to their professional lives. We’re focused on helping our members learn more about sustainability and social responsibility and network with other like-minded professionals.

In Graduate School…

Net Impact started as a supplement to an MBA – many of the issues surrounding CSR weren’t being addressed in regular curricula, and Net Impact started to fill in the blanks. Today, many of the local graduate programs have Net Impact Student Chapters. If you’re an MBA student, visit the chapters at these area schools: University of Washington, and Bainbridge Island.
